JARC is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization founded in 1969 by a group of parents concerned about the future of their children with developmental disabilities. Today, JARC is known as a prototype for innovative, high-quality residential and support programs for people with developmental disabilities, and has led the way in enriching lives and erasing barriers.

We offer social, cultural, recreational and educational opportunities to the community. Our Special Needs Department provides a variety of award-winning recreational and social programs for kids, teens and adults with special needs.
